The Aurés Resistance

The colonial administration called Algeria the quiet colony to overshadow the French and Algerian public opinion; in its ability to stabilize the elements of colonialism throughout the Algerian quarters. However, resistance continued to uncover the lies. The Aurés region witnessed the breakout of several resistances; despite the differences between them in reasons and the amount of effort conducted, they all agree on the concept of “No rest for the colonizer in the land of martyrs”
